Dear All Customers

to Improve our service and avoid further debate, we need to inform this terms and condition

I . TIME SCHEDULE based on GMT +7

- Working Hours ( for overseas customers )
  Monday to Thursday : 10 AM - 10 PM
  Friday : Off
  Saturday - Sunday : 10 AM - 10 PM

- Working Hours ( for customers direct to our farm & Gallery )
  Tuesday to Sunday : 8 AM - 7 PM
  Monday : OFF

- Photo update on reserved Fish before delivered to Transhipper
  Every Thursday on 11 PM

- Complaints can be made via facebook pm or e-mail to sijibetta@gmail.com
  with no time restriction, however we will need 2 x 24 hours to handle and response with the complaints.

- D.o.A Warranty Refund and Replacement Request can be made also via Facebook
  or email to sijibetta@gmail.com, replacement will be sent immediately to transhipper
  but if buyer request for refund, will need 7 working days for the refund to be made available.

II. Dead on Arrival Warranty

- All Fish purchased from our shop is subject to D.o.A WArranty with terms and condition that will applied as follows
  > D.o.A Term and Condition
    - Warranty Claim can be made by TRANSHIPPERS and or Customers
    - If the fish is dead when arrived to Indonesian Transhipper
      we will immadietely replace the fish to be sent on next schedule without extra cost. or if we don't have replacement
      fish, we will cancel the deal, and refund all payment including shipping to transhipper cost (100% refund).
    - If The fish is dead when arrived to Overseas Transhipper
      We will immadietely replace the fish to be sent on next schedule with the shipping to transhipper cost paid by customer(s)
      , or if we don't have replacement fish, we can cancel the deal, and refund the payment for the fish only ( payment - cost to transhipper )
    - If the fish is dead when arrived to customer(s)
      We will Arrange replacement and send them to the transhipper on next schedule WITH THE SHIPPING COST TO TRANSHIPPER and TO CUSTOMERS ADDRESS are PAID By THE CUSTOMER(S) , or we can also cancel the deal, and refund the payment for FISH ONLY.

  > How to Claim
    - When fish(es) arrived dead, DO NOT OPEN THE BAG ! , send us 10 second video of the dead fish within 24 hours after the fish arrived, this applies for claims by transhipper and Customers, failed to do so, the D.o.A Warranty can not be claimed.

III. Customers Service and After Sales Service

- After you purchase fish(es) from us and make your payment, we will send you recent video of your fishes within 48 hours.
- Video update of our fish(es) before they're sent to transhipper will be provided every wekk on Thursday (11PM GMT +7 ) via Facebook PM
- When your orders Arrived, please send us information about your orders, if you need assistance on how to acclimate and handle your fish after they arrived, we will gladly help during our working hours.
- if your fish that you bought from us get some problem or sickness within 7 days after you received that from us, please immediately ask for our assistance to take care of the fish.
