When you buy betta from overseas, you will need to know how the export system works from the seller's country to your country, here in Siji Betta, we will explain to you clearly on how it works, so there will be no more fuss or miss understanding
A. Here Are The Steps
1. Contact us and tell us the fish code that you're interested in, our staff will reply as soon as possible
2. After you agree with the fish and the price, we will invite both parties transhipper to have a group chat on facebook.3. Please provide in the group chat with your complete address, your country transhipper will give you price quotation to send the fish from their place to your place.
4. And then you will also get the date when will the fish be shipped from Indonesia to your country.
5. You will have to make the payment 7 days prior before the shipping date.
6. The fish will be sent to Indonesian Transhipper from our farm 3 days before the scheduled shipment, and will reach the transhipper within one day.
7. The Indonesian Transhipper will then ship the fish to your country's transhipper, this will take approx 1 -4 days, depends on the shipping method (transit/direct) and the destination country.
8. The cost of shipping from our farm to your country's transhiper has alreacy INCLUDED IN THE FISH PRICE.
9. You will have to pay to your country Transhiper to Deliver the fish to your address, as the quotation that he/she gave before.
10. During the process, please always update with both transhipper about how's the shipping progress.
